✨ HighlightAn exceptional fine dining experience at The Frog in Covent Garden. The extensive tasting menu of 13-15 courses (it was that much that I don’t remember 😃) some photos attached. It was thoughtfully paired with about 7 different wines, creating a memorable culinary journey. Each dish demonstrated precise execution and creativity, while the wine pairings complemented the courses perfectly. Though securing a reservation requires planning ahead (approximately 2 months in advance), the wait is absolutely worth it. This is truly a special occasion restaurant that delivers a remarkable dining experience. Tip for future diners: Be sure to plan well in advance for your reservation. The restaurant's popularity is a testament to its quality. Highly recommend! Thank you Adam Handling!→

✨ HighlightFood was nice but lacking in a bit of substance. There were two prawns in a £36 bowl of pasta and two meatballs in my partners pasta. Service was virtually non-existent and we had to flag our waiter for drinks and they remove the drinks menu each time. They tried to remove my starter which was not finished when they brought our mains and one of the dishes was chipped. Atmosphere is lovely but I wouldn’t return and don’t rate the value for money aspect.→

✨ HighlightAn unforgettable experience that transcends dining—it’s a journey for the senses and the soul. Evelyn’s Table is more than a Michelin-starred restaurant; it’s a place where food becomes art, and emotions take center stage. One particular dessert, with its delicate white chocolate notes, transported me straight back to my childhood—a testament to the power of culinary storytelling. Each dish is a masterpiece, from the aromatic Cornish Pollack to the exquisite Mallard, presented with precision and passion. The wine pairings were equally extraordinary—each glass came with its own story, like a captivating bedtime tale for adults, perfectly complementing the meal. The open kitchen adds to the magic. Watching the chefs work in seamless harmony, creating dishes with such finesse and without a sound, is nothing short of mesmerizing. The waitstaff are equally remarkable—attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring you feel utterly pampered. We floated on a cloud the entire evening, completely immersed in the experience. Really cozy as you walk in, there are no many tables and there is a more than decent space between them which helps maintain the relaxed atmosphere. The food is just fabulous, we loved every single dish from the tasting menu. The service is also great, and the chefs bring you each dish and explain what you are about to taste. The best part, apparently the menu changes completely every few weeks, allowing you to have something different every time you come. Many changes regularly so hard to predict what will be on offer, but during our visit we found everything to be top quality and uniformity delicious. Hake with yellow peppers was perfectly cooked and balanced. Pasta wa ms balanced like an Italian would envy. And the lamb was subtle and gorgeous. Same for starters. Not a weak dish on the menu. Concise wine list matches well with the food and priced to enjoy. Wide selection of wines by glass and carafe at very fair prices. Easily one of our new favorites in London!! ✨ HighlightI recently traveled throughout Europe for 14 days and I can definitively say that my experience at Fallow was the best meal of my entire trip. First of all, I walked in and was able to not only check my coat and bags but I was also seated promptly at the bar even though the restaurant was quite busy. Traveling alone, I usually try to chat with the staff and they were all so gracious and friendly, giving me recommendations on places to try, things to eat, and more. Such a pleasant group of people!! Toby, my server provided me with amazing insight into the menu and gave me advice on how much to order. He was super attentive and even got me extra gravy! I had the sourdough and butter starter - I’m a Sourdough snob and this was TOP TIER. It was my first time having Sunday roast and I’m pretty sure it’s been ruined for me forever. Every single bite was DIVINE. I love venison and this was bar-none, the best, most tender and flavorful venison I have ever had. Honestly, I would have drank the gravy. The parsnips were perfectly sweet, the cabbage and greens perfectly seasoned and the potatoes so crunchy and fluffy at the same time. Every single bite had me doing a little happy dance. I would literally fly back to London for this meal - it was that good. Thank you, Fallow, for an unforgettable dining experience!!!→

✨ HighlightNever in my life! My friend suggested we try Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. It’s not something I would usually do as it’s not really my scene, but I was absolutely blown away. The food, oh my goodness, the food was absolutely incredible! A 9-course menu, and yes, the portions are small, but with so many courses, it ends up being a lot of food. The dishes were outstanding. My favorites were the cappuccino soup to start, the salad (the best I’ve ever eaten in my life, I wish I could recreate it at home), the cheese bites, the langoustine ravioli, and the dessert, wow, wow, wow! The only course I didn’t love was the fish, which I found a bit bland. The service was next level. The crockery and cutlery is also absolutely beautiful. Having worked in restaurants in my youth, I can say the service here was on a completely different scale. Absolutely flawless, well done to the team! The atmosphere, however, felt a bit stuffy. It seemed like people were too focused on sitting upright and maintaining appearances rather than fully enjoying themselves. It’s a shame because it slightly took away from such a lovely experience. Overall, it was an amazing experience and absolutely worth the investment.→

✨ HighlightFrom the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The ambience and service provided by the staff made us felt comfortable. We ordered some starters - our favorite was Bloody Mary Corn Ribs and for mains, our favorite was pork chop. The scallops with truffle mash left us a little disappointed. Perhaps it was the ratio of mash & peas vs scallops or the scallops didn't taste fresh. the dish had such great potential but tasted underwhelming. Pork chop, however, was very well seasoned and cooked to near perfection. Would recommend visiting this place only if you are in the area.→

✨ HighlightThis Michelin-starred restaurant, unfortunately, left the weakest impression on our culinary journey. Despite having experienced several 3-star establishments in the weeks prior, this one lacked personality and failed to deliver a memorable experience, especially considering its high price point. The atmosphere was the most striking aspect, and not in a good way. It felt incredibly stiff and overly managed, with a palpable tension in the air. While the manager may not necessarily be at fault, his strong personality seemed to intimidate the rest of the staff, creating an uncomfortable dynamic. There was a distinct lack of warmth and genuine hospitality, with the focus solely on getting the food out, rather than creating an enjoyable dining experience. To add to our disappointment, we encountered a misunderstanding regarding the menu and pricing, which led to an incorrect charge. While the manager initially offered a refund at the restaurant, they later denied the incident occurred when we followed up via email. This lack of accountability left a sour taste. If I could do it all over again, knowing the experience I went through, I would either stick to their Oyster Bar or simply allocate my 1,000 GBP elsewhere for a more fulfilling culinary experience. It's unfortunately not even something that I would aspire to try.→

✨ HighlightA cool setting, but the restaurant fails to live up to its own hype. The decor (especially in the toilets) is stunning, in a kind of garish but fun way. This and the prices made us expect a luxury experience, but that's not what we got. On arrival we had to wait for a while in a queue even though we had a booking. We got a white wine and a red wine which were both too warm. The food was tasty, but my dish (the mushroom pasta) was too cold. The waiters' uniforms/costumes looked quite cheap and silly. In general the restaurant felt way too busy and chaotic. Overall i'd say don't come expecting luxury. Just come if the idea of the interior design excites you.→
