✨ HighlightThis is the best food market in England. Some of the sellers have hit it high on social media and so the lines to get the foods you have seen can be 30 minutes wait (on a random weekday!) If I lived nearby I would try a new stall everyday. I just wish my tummy was bigger so I could eat more! It was amazing.→

✨ HighlightAn exceptional fine dining experience at The Frog in Covent Garden. The extensive tasting menu of 13-15 courses (it was that much that I don’t remember 😃) some photos attached. It was thoughtfully paired with about 7 different wines, creating a memorable culinary journey. Each dish demonstrated precise execution and creativity, while the wine pairings complemented the courses perfectly. Though securing a reservation requires planning ahead (approximately 2 months in advance), the wait is absolutely worth it. This is truly a special occasion restaurant that delivers a remarkable dining experience. Tip for future diners: Be sure to plan well in advance for your reservation. The restaurant's popularity is a testament to its quality. Highly recommend! Thank you Adam Handling!→

✨ HighlightExcellent steak place down a staircase in Soho. Doesn't take bookings so a bit of waiting (1 hour at 1900) was needed. Went to town on this one by absolutely taking all the good cuts - which was hilarious because they ran out of smaller sizes by the time I went and ended up with 3 chunks of over 700 g each of different cuts of meat. Nevertheless, they got seen to. Great kudos on the friendly and reliable service. Also something remarkable happened - the steaks were cooked actually as requested rather than a grade or 2 more cooked then desired. Great job for the temperamental world of steak restaurants. The wines were reasonably priced and had a decent range. Also did beers and some cocktails. Overall highly recommended in an excellent location in the heart of Soho→

✨ HighlightSuperb local spot focused on the best seasonal ingredients and honest flavorful preparations. Gorgeous terrace in warmer weather but indoors is cozy and relaxed. Many changes regularly so hard to predict what will be on offer, but during our visit we found everything to be top quality and uniformity delicious. Hake with yellow peppers was perfectly cooked and balanced. Pasta wa ms balanced like an Italian would envy. And the lamb was subtle and gorgeous. Same for starters. Not a weak dish on the menu. Concise wine list matches well with the food and priced to enjoy. Wide selection of wines by glass and carafe at very fair prices. Easily one of our new favorites in London!! Bookings advised but it’s a big place and likely easy to find a table .→

✨ HighlightAMAZING food! The food was delicious. Every single bite we had we liked. We tried a lot of different appetizers, mains, and desserts and we enjoyed it all. It had so much flavor and depth. They were smaller portions but they were very good and worth the prices. The service was also wonderful. They came by frequently to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed. They made suggestions if we asked and even chitchatted a bit which was nice to have. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet. It was perfect for the type of evening we wanted. ✨ HighlightI recently traveled throughout Europe for 14 days and I can definitively say that my experience at Fallow was the best meal of my entire trip. First of all, I walked in and was able to not only check my coat and bags but I was also seated promptly at the bar even though the restaurant was quite busy. Traveling alone, I usually try to chat with the staff and they were all so gracious and friendly, giving me recommendations on places to try, things to eat, and more. Such a pleasant group of people!! Toby, my server provided me with amazing insight into the menu and gave me advice on how much to order. He was super attentive and even got me extra gravy! I had the sourdough and butter starter - I’m a Sourdough snob and this was TOP TIER. It was my first time having Sunday roast and I’m pretty sure it’s been ruined for me forever. Every single bite was DIVINE. I love venison and this was bar-none, the best, most tender and flavorful venison I have ever had. Honestly, I would have drank the gravy. The parsnips were perfectly sweet, the cabbage and greens perfectly seasoned and the potatoes so crunchy and fluffy at the same time. Every single bite had me doing a little happy dance. I would literally fly back to London for this meal - it was that good. Thank you, Fallow, for an unforgettable dining experience!!!→

I have to say everything feels perfect, food, services, vibe etc. Got lovely birthday cards, birthday dessert plate, and I believe there are extra food or dessert for birthday as we definitely feel even too full after 6 courses. ✨ HighlightNever in my life! My friend suggested we try Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. It’s not something I would usually do as it’s not really my scene, but I was absolutely blown away. The food, oh my goodness, the food was absolutely incredible! A 9-course menu, and yes, the portions are small, but with so many courses, it ends up being a lot of food. The dishes were outstanding. My favorites were the cappuccino soup to start, the salad (the best I’ve ever eaten in my life, I wish I could recreate it at home), the cheese bites, the langoustine ravioli, and the dessert, wow, wow, wow! The only course I didn’t love was the fish, which I found a bit bland. The service was next level. The crockery and cutlery is also absolutely beautiful. Having worked in restaurants in my youth, I can say the service here was on a completely different scale. Absolutely flawless, well done to the team! The atmosphere, however, felt a bit stuffy. It seemed like people were too focused on sitting upright and maintaining appearances rather than fully enjoying themselves. It’s a shame because it slightly took away from such a lovely experience. Overall, it was an amazing experience and absolutely worth the investment.→

Since its inception, it has garnered significant acclaim, including a Michelin star in its first year and a second star thereafter, reflecting its commitment to excellence. **Ambience and Setting** Housed within the Grade II-listed Shoreditch Town Hall, The Clove Club exudes a minimalist yet welcoming atmosphere. Staff members, including sommeliers, are praised for their expertise and friendly demeanor. Overall, the service is generally well-received, contributing positively to the dining experience. **Beverage Pairings** The Clove Club offers wine pairings that are both unusual and interesting, enhancing the overall dining experience . Additionally, the restaurant provides tea pairings, though some diners have noted that the teas presented had a similar, weak profile, lacking the robustness expected from their descriptions . **Value and Pricing** Dining at The Clove Club is a premium experience, with tasting menus priced accordingly. Some patrons have expressed concerns regarding the value, particularly in relation to the luxury of ingredients used . Nevertheless, many diners find the innovative cuisine and overall experience to be worth the investment. **Conclusion** The Clove Club stands as a testament to modern British gastronomy, offering a dining experience that combines innovative cuisine with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. While certain aspects, such as ingredient selection and beverage pairings, have received mixed feedback, the restaurant's commitment to showcasing seasonal British produce and delivering attentive service continues to attract both local and international patrons.→

The lobster pie is a standout and has big prices of lobster meat, cooked in a lobster broth. It’s absolutely delicious with strong flavours. The Sunday roast was also just as good, the beef moist, with the some of the best potatoes we’ve ever had. The desserts are out of this world, and are made to order - and it shows. Highly recommend, and would come again. Tips: - make sure you book in advance - there is a 15% service charge→

✨ HighlightAbsolutely stunning restaurant! I was here recently and had some of the most fantastic food. Firstly we were pleasantly greeted by a lovely gentleman (didn’t catch his name but he was super chatty and lovely). And we were seated right by the kitchen which was perfect! Loved seeing the chefs work, one of them was butchering a whole pig at one point - incredible! The food was an easy 10/10. The bone marrow was easily the best dish we had, it’s obvious why they run out of this so quickly. The pork head and broth was so rich and delicious and we loved the lamb and the blood cake too. And how could I forget the Welsh rarebit. So rich and delicious. I want this again! And I’d go back just to have the bone marrow again and again. Highly recommended.→

✨ HighlightDefinitely one of the best experiences I had in London. The food was incredible, my personal favourite was the fish and the gazpacho. The desserts were great and the vegan one for me was mind blowing as I usually find them to lack flavour. We also did the wine pairing as well and thought it added so much to the experience. The only thing to improve I’d say is the timing, the wait especially in the beginning was a bit long and dinner ended up lasting a long time too.→

✨ HighlightSt. John was recommended to me as one of London's best "tip to tail" restaurants. I was fortunate to find a reservation on the last night of my stay and it was absolutely worth it. Without a doubt, the best dish was the smoked cod roe, egg, and cress. The roe is pureed, but unbelievably flavorful. Paired with the creamy egg yolk, the tang of the cress, and salty crunch of the layered potato pave, every bite was delightful. The house-made sourdough and pickled mackel on rye were also fantastic. The main entree was a special of the day - lamb heart with horseradish and carrots. The flavors of this dish were lovely, but lamb heart is a tougher cut of meat. The chocolate terrine with brandied prune was silky smooth, but a bit strong on the brandy for my taste. Overall, a fabulous meal. I'd absolutely go again, but with additional people so that I can try even more of their locally sourced dishes.→

✨ HighlightInteresting restaurant with some nice dishes but left feeling it was missing the X factor. Perhaps i don’t appreciate fine British cuisine as much. I had the smoked eel sandwich which they are seemingly well known for. It was very tasty and quite unique. For main I had the hake which was very good too. Perhaps the service impacted our experience as we waited a long time to order and to receive food. We also felt the service was quite basic and not worth the 13% service charge they add. We paid 152£ for two courses each and a cheap bottle of wine which felt quite expensive. As much as we enjoyed the food, we would probably not come back as it lacked a wow factor. ✨ HighlightThis Michelin-starred restaurant, unfortunately, left the weakest impression on our culinary journey. Despite having experienced several 3-star establishments in the weeks prior, this one lacked personality and failed to deliver a memorable experience, especially considering its high price point. The atmosphere was the most striking aspect, and not in a good way. It felt incredibly stiff and overly managed, with a palpable tension in the air. While the manager may not necessarily be at fault, his strong personality seemed to intimidate the rest of the staff, creating an uncomfortable dynamic. There was a distinct lack of warmth and genuine hospitality, with the focus solely on getting the food out, rather than creating an enjoyable dining experience. To add to our disappointment, we encountered a misunderstanding regarding the menu and pricing, which led to an incorrect charge. While the manager initially offered a refund at the restaurant, they later denied the incident occurred when we followed up via email. This lack of accountability left a sour taste. If I could do it all over again, knowing the experience I went through, I would either stick to their Oyster Bar or simply allocate my 1,000 GBP elsewhere for a more fulfilling culinary experience. It's unfortunately not even something that I would aspire to try.→
