✨ HighlightComplaint Regarding Consistent Poor Quality of Chickenjoy at Vito Cruz Branch Dear Jollibee Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the consistent poor quality of Chickenjoy servings from your Vito Cruz branch. For quite some time now, I’ve noticed that whenever I order for takeout or through online delivery, the chicken pieces are significantly smaller than expected and seem to have been re-fried. This has happened on multiple occasions, with no exception. Additionally, I’ve also experienced instances where my order is either incomplete or incorrect, which only adds to my disappointment. I had stopped purchasing from this branch for a while because I knew I would only end up disappointed. However, I recently gave it another chance, hoping the situation had improved and because i am craving for it right now, but unfortunately, the quality remains the same. My craving turned into disappointment once again, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. 😒 As a loyal customer who used to enjoy Jollibee, it’s dismaying that these issues have affected my overall experience, I expect better from Jollibee, especially when it comes to your flagship product, the Chickenjoy. I kindly ask that you address this issue with the Vito Cruz branch to ensure that customers receive the quality and service that Jollibee is known for. Thank you for taking the time to read my concern. I hope this matter can be resolved so that other customers and I can once again enjoy a satisfying meal from your branch.→

✨ HighlightThis place is fantastic for both drinks and food, and it's popular among foreigners. I really enjoy their homemade durian ice cream and their Khao Niaw Mamuang (sticky rice with mango). They serve excellent Singha Thai Beer but in a San Miguel Beer glass. The restaurant is LGBTQIA+-friendly, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. While there is a service charge, you can also give a tip if you are particularly pleased with the service.→

✨ Highlight🍽 5/10 Overhyped and Overpriced M Dining's reputation as a fine dining establishment didn't live up to my expectations. The Chorizo Puff and Filet Mignon were a letdown, but the Skate provided a slight redemption. Overall, it felt more pretentious than pleasant. I'm afraid the value for money just isn't there. Also, the seats were so close to one another… I would expect fine dining restaurants to offer more privacy? I could hear full blown conversations from the seat next to us cause of how close we were seated. Waiters are also not that friendly.→

✨ HighlightI give it a four, because of the amount of garlic skin in a dish and super sweet fresh orange juice. The food is cooked nicely. The waitstaff is ordinary except of one waitress who’s really attentive and professional. Also I didn’t understand Caesar salad. Lettuce weren’t even cut from stem and dressing just on top of it.→

✨ HighlightCelebrated all our birthdays with one splendid dinner. Never thought that Filipino food could be intellectualized and brought up to gourmet standards. Nestled in the heart of Malate, Manila, it’s a perfect spot for a surprisingly delicious Filipino fusion spread. Local and simple ingredients like “sili” (hot pepper) leaves, “kamote” (sweet potato) and more were elevated to fine dining quality. I was skeptical of spending so much for Filipino fare. But, I left a believer and proud of the creative chef who put this menu together. (Included in our menu were Nilutik, pumpkin soup cooked with coconut milk and sprinkled with toasted palapa; Dumpling, shrimp & mushroom wrapped in homemade crystal wrappers served with soy ginger dip.)→

✨ HighlightI went here for the MNL48 Seitansai Birthday Celebration event. I really didn't expect much but the staff, food, and the place amazed me. The food they served (included in the ticket) is rice with pork steak (bistek), iced tea and a dessert that was served an hour or two later. The place was grander than I expected. That time, there was about 200+ people. Sound system was superb! The bass can be felt, and high and mid tones doesn't hurt the ears. Staff was great, presentable and really pleasant. I had a good experience! I'll definitely go here with or without an event.→

✨ HighlightYurakuen perhaps is my top Japanese restaurant as of this writing. I just love how quaint the experience dining there (although I think the carpet is due for replacement). Best time to go here is during lunch when they have the lunch sets. These sets come with miso soup, light salad sashimi, rice and fruits. And if you happen to have a membership, you can avail 50% off making each set only at P700 each. The sashimi quality is superb, the tempura is golden crisp. Great experience here!→
