We went here for our anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Of course, if you expect to get your fill, I’d recommend another place (you’ll still get full though since you eat a lot), but if you’d like to experience Filipino cuisine in a different light, this might just be for you. Amazing staff and great presentation! Will def come back!

Holy moly, this place is good!! 5 star service accompanies 5 star flavors. Walking into a clean, calming, organized, and beautiful space. We sat down promptly at the time of our reservation and were greeted by the staff. Every course, (22 different dishes), the staff did an amazing job explaining where in the Philippines the ingredients came from and then told the story. The food was fantastic, not going to go into much detail, but every was unique and flavorful. Perfectly seasoned and not typical flavors you would find. The art was in the full package, 123, drop all dishes at the same time and then we get the story of what we are eating. Each dish Was beautifully plated and was like eating a work of art!

The food was spectacular. Far better than we had expected. The attention to detail is outstanding. The love of local food culture blended with local agriculture is something special. Highly recommended gastronomical experience. Items to be aware of. Men’s toilet that is nearby has one toilet and is not kept clean and has no basic items. Definitely not impressed given the number of people we saw using the toilets. Not sure if there are toilets inside the restaurant or not but if you dine outside, toilets are not good. The time to pay bill was painful. Everything is centralized and we waited at least 20mins. Even after we got up and requested the bill it took 10mins. Machines that can be brought to the table with contactless payment is what this place needs.

I am very privileged to have experienced many gastronomic/ Michelin in my lofe, but this one was clearly one of the best and hit a different spot. It was the closest thing to my idea of perfection. On the food, the tastes, the mastering of ingredients and cooking, the balances in flavors, the service (just amazing and outstanding) the pace of the dishes and last but not least the architecture of the restaurant. This place is an ode to Filipino cuisine, taking it to the next level but always remaining faithful to local produce, flavors culture and heritage. Chef Jordy is a terrific talent in spite of his training at highly regarded restaurants around the world, he is still very much a proud pinoy at heart. The place was recognized as one of Asia’s 50 best restaurants. It’s an honor well-deserved. Salamat! It was a nice memory to take from our time in the Philippines and a great way to end our tour.
