Complaint Regarding Consistent Poor Quality of Chickenjoy at Vito Cruz Branch Dear Jollibee Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the consistent poor quality of Chickenjoy servings from your Vito Cruz branch. For quite some time now, I’ve noticed that whenever I order for takeout or through online delivery, the chicken pieces are significantly smaller than expected and seem to have been re-fried. This has happened on multiple occasions, with no exception. Additionally, I’ve also experienced instances where my order is either incomplete or incorrect, which only adds to my disappointment. I had stopped purchasing from this branch for a while because I knew I would only end up disappointed. However, I recently gave it another chance, hoping the situation had improved and because i am craving for it right now, but unfortunately, the quality remains the same. My craving turned into disappointment once again, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. 😒 As a loyal customer who used to enjoy Jollibee, it’s dismaying that these issues have affected my overall experience, I expect better from Jollibee, especially when it comes to your flagship product, the Chickenjoy. I kindly ask that you address this issue with the Vito Cruz branch to ensure that customers receive the quality and service that Jollibee is known for. The chickens are well-cooked. No blood juices. The staff are nice. It's just that it's always busy place. There's a queue when ordering. If you want a place to get satisfactory food at an affordable price, it's the right place to eat.

The staff are very friendly and assited me nicely and serve my order in timely manner. I love jollibee specially the spaghettin and chicken joy. Lately was loving the jollibee yumberger so yummy and i had to share with family
