They offer a wide assortment of seafood tacos shrimp, fish and calamari are my favorites. Amazing staff who frequently check up on you , offer napkins and tasty desserts. Mariachi players and other street performers stop by and put on their preformances which is nice added touch to the delicious meals. It is constantly busy so you will have to line up , but as i said the process is streamlined and it does go fast. Seating outside is a premium so you may have to wait to sit outside or there is seating inside, i personality prefer the outdoir seating. If you are in Guadalajara you MUST go here !!!! But the atmosphere is undeniably beautiful, with the orange vaulted ceilings the wall of skulls and the jungle infused dining areas Something that's really cool as they always start the meal with a molcajete and they make a salsa to order. One thing that's kind of annoying though is that sometimes they'll have the cocktail menu with pictures and beautiful description and sometimes they don't have it at all. It doesn't make any sense because all the cocktails are delicious and in the three times we've been here there hasn't been rhyme or reason as to why it's not there.→

✨ HighlightI have been to many Brazilian places to eat and this was an interesting experience. Yes, there is a lot of random food available which I can see why people like it as it's a buffet. Few issues, the cuts of meat are okay, they kinda tasted sweet at times. They don't provide tongs for you to get the meat and so the servers are essentially throwing the meat at your plate. At times the meat was falling everywhere in the table. At one point the servers were using the knife poking the meat to put it on our plate. The meat servers would come by in a speedy way and would only ask the 2 people on the front end of the table and then rush off. Our server was non existing, I had to ask someone to take our dirty plates, she never really asked us if we needed anything but once....for a table of 8?... She began cleaning our table when she noticed that we were done. My biggest frustration is that when we paid we did not leave a big tip as she SUCKED! she decided to address the 2 older people in our party, confronted them that we did not leave her a big enough tip, it felt like bullying...unfortunately it worked and they gave her more money. I was pissed and the only reason I did not go back and say something to her directly was out of respect to my family. I personally am never coming back!→

A wonderful, chef centric restaurant with a tight menu, well balanced, ethically sourced, bravo. Atmosphere, music, service, etc…totally on point. Not often do we get goosebumps, but there were several over dinner. We had the tuna crudo and beet carpaccio for appetizers, absolutely lovely. The mains were fish with sikil oak and duo of beef, so tasty, so well presented, thank you Maria (chef)! Almost forgot about the bread service, shame on me, it was memorable. Dessert was their chocolate one (sorry don’t remember the name) recommended by our excellent chef Alexis, divine. We will be going again on this trip for sure. Again Bravo 👏→

✨ HighlightPopped on for lunch with a colleague. This is another place where I would pay for the food out of my own pocket. It would probably be a date or a celebration, but I’d definitely visit again. The staff were super attentive. If you want to be left alone this might not be what you want, but I enjoyed it. The food was served quickly and was tasty. The churros were a highlight, whenever I have had them before (in the UK) they have been a non-event. They were fluffy and light and I’d love more of the same. The only bit I didn’t like was the palette cleansers of hibiscus, tamarind sweet, or orange covered in salt and pepper. We were supposed to take them between sips of mezcal… they were a taste I have yet to acquire. The setting was possibly the most unusual I have experienced for a while. The dining room has a huge screen across it, which projected seascapes, bathing the whole room in a blue mist. As strange as it sounds the toilets are worth visiting too as they are a hall of mirrors with carousel horses thrown in for good measure (and they are clean).→
