We came when it was just opening so there was no large crowds and everything looked and smelled great! The birria meat comes in big portions so choose wisely how much you can eat with your group. But the birria itself is just excellent! Saw this place on Netflix and definitely worth it! It is on the more expensive end but still great place to come!
Second time eating here and the birria is excellent. The staff was excellent. The tortilla are goood too. If you’re in Guadalajara take the metro to nueva central and an Uber for about $80 pesos, will take 7 minutes to be there.
This place was recommended as a must go to. Birria is a specialty here. Man was it delicious. It is served with consume, limes, and onions. The place is large and handles bus loads of people. I am not a birria fan but this was so tasty. Great service too.
After arriving into GDL we made a stop for lunch. Overall it was very good the birria was delicious. They offer you the birria, side of beans with cheese, you get a bowl of consume, limes with onions. We ordered the quesadillas too. The consume was very tasty. The only thing I would add is cilantro however, when I asked they don’t use it at this location.
