The waiters are very friendly and polite, and the interior is pretty cozy! We ordered an eggplant pizza (parmigiana) and a tagliatelle with asparagus, as well as two salads and a zucchini risotto. I was very fond of the fact that everything we ordered was perfectly seasoned. I liked the pizza, though it could have been nice if the crust was more crispy :) The tagliatelle had a unique taste which I never had before! I think I should have asked for some parmesan to add just a tiny bit more flavor (since the pasta didn't exactly have a sauce). Otherwise, both the salads were fresh and tasty, as well as the perfectly cooked risotto :)→

Every dish on the menu deserves a five-star rating. The interior adds to the experience, evoking the atmosphere of a "thieves' den" from the iconic Soviet film The Meeting Place Cannot Be Changed. It feels as though if you turn around, you might see the character Promokashka at a nearby table, or Volodya Sharapov playing the piano. The menu booklet and the bell on the table are wonderful details. The waiters were polite and dressed in an old-fashioned style. Apart from the food, the homemade fruit juice was very nice. However, I can't say the same for the liqueurs. But to be honest, I don't like liqueurs very much in general. Therefore, liqueur lovers may not take this into consideration. In addition to all this, I will tell you about a situation I experienced there. There was a Far Eastern couple at my table next to me. They both burped very loudly throughout the meal. I think burping is a sign of gratitude and appreciation for the food in the culture of these people. But in many places in the world, this is not a very nice thing :) Don't get me wrong, Far Eastern friends, but this is a bit disturbing.→
