UPDATE: They gave a full refund and paid our 450€ euro dinner at a restaurant they recommended//// 10 minutes before arriving to the restaurant they reached out to us to tell us they need us to wait 15 mins, after we waited in front of the door they reached out again to tell us they can’t take any customer inside. It happened to us and some other groups of people waiting at the door as well. It’s very a unprofessional way to handle customers, moreover on a PREPAY menu basis. I travel the world and I love to pay a visit to the finest restaurants anywhere i go. This was the first time in my life a restaurant handled a reservation in such a horrible way.
The only reason why Birch doesn’t have a Michelin star (or two) is that Michelin guide does not cover Russia. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited including those which proudly own Michelin stars in Berlin, Chicago, Frankfurt, Paris and so on. We had a tasting set of 11 dishes and everything was just amazing. This is simply art, not cooking. The personnel was perfectly polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Our company was super big - 16 people, but everything was so smoothly and wonderful, that I am truly excited by the restaurant management team efficiency. This is love! Will be happy to come back again and again. Thank you guys! You are definitely the best!
Travelling from Cyprus to Russia, we could never imagine that we would have such a wonderful gastronomic experience!Thanks to our friends from Moscow ,who booked a table a month earlier ,we had the opportunity to enjoy the 11 course tasting menu which was really amazing!Both food and service were of high quality!Showing respect to vegetarians and vegans!Last but not least the wine pairing was fantastic🍷
We fell in love with this cozy restaurant with a touch of Michelin vibes .. it was unique and unforgettable gastronomic adventure. We decided to take a chef's table option, allowing us to see the team in action while enjoying the same menu and cost, and a diverse selection of wines from around the world, recommended by their sommelier. We loved all and will definitely come back for more
