Nice signature cocktails card, Russian palace atmosphere with contemporary vision and 5 star service. Nice views on Isaak’s Cathedral from the second salon.
Beautiful interior, warm and cosy when it’s cold outside. Plus top notch cocktails, with a fairy tale themed menu which is a bit of fun. Excellent service as you would expect.
Ambience and food is good. However, the service is pathetic. Response towards customers should always be positive and adjustable. I requested to merge two tables for 5 people which they denied. I spoke and requested the manager and found him stubborn. I told him he wants us to leave and go somewhere else upon which he said YES, you can. I was surprised and repeated my myself. He said yes you can leave... I am truly surprised with this behaviour which is actually not appropriate specially when you don't have rush at 8.00 am in the morning. Yes you guys are doing well but that doesn't mean you ignore the important aspect of success in any service industry i.e; "providing quality service" to your customers! Hope you learn and grow!
Pretty good now I’m going home and I got a run home real fast to grab a couple more groceries for my dad to get and then I’m gonna head home
