✨ HighlightThis is the best food market in England. Some of the sellers have hit it high on social media and so the lines to get the foods you have seen can be 30 minutes wait (on a random weekday!) If I lived nearby I would try a new stall everyday. I just wish my tummy was bigger so I could eat more! It was amazing.

✨ HighlightThis restaurant is beautiful! I was initially worried it might be a bit of a tourist trap given its location and ambience, but we were pleasantly surprised. It’s essential to book a table as it gets very busy. The bottles displayed on the walls create such a cool vibe, and we loved the overall feel of the place. The food was reasonably priced and of good quality. We tried the crab tagliatelle, focaccia, and lemon meringue pie—which was huge. The portion sizes were fair, and the service was good as well. However, there were a few downsides. Despite having card machines, we were required to pay at the table using a QR code, which came with an unexpected £1.50 fee. Additionally, a service charge was already included, but we were still prompted to tip, which felt excessive. The atmosphere was quite loud, and the tables were placed very close together, making it feel cramped. Lastly, we were disappointed that the cabbage dish we wanted wasn’t available. Overall, a nice experience with a few drawbacks.

✨ HighlightMade a last minute booking last night and it did not disappoint. The front of house was an absolute gem. The place is absolutely gorgeous, very well decorated. They have a very good wine selection, and the food is just simply delicious. We tried roughly half of the menu, the portions were well sized, some very generous. Special mention to the scallops which were so tasty, as well as the courgette risotto.

✨ HighlightAn exceptional fine dining experience at The Frog in Covent Garden. The extensive tasting menu of 13-15 courses (it was that much that I don’t remember 😃) some photos attached. It was thoughtfully paired with about 7 different wines, creating a memorable culinary journey. Each dish demonstrated precise execution and creativity, while the wine pairings complemented the courses perfectly. Though securing a reservation requires planning ahead (approximately 2 months in advance), the wait is absolutely worth it. This is truly a special occasion restaurant that delivers a remarkable dining experience. Tip for future diners: Be sure to plan well in advance for your reservation. The restaurant's popularity is a testament to its quality. Highly recommend! Thank you Adam Handling!

✨ HighlightThe food had a rather understated flavour—nothing particularly memorable or exciting. While some might appreciate the simplicity of the taste, the dishes lacked a distinctive kick that would make them stand out. The presentation was quite dull as well, as reflected from other reviews.

✨ HighlightFood was nice but lacking in a bit of substance. There were two prawns in a £36 bowl of pasta and two meatballs in my partners pasta. Service was virtually non-existent and we had to flag our waiter for drinks and they remove the drinks menu each time. They tried to remove my starter which was not finished when they brought our mains and one of the dishes was chipped. Atmosphere is lovely but I wouldn’t return and don’t rate the value for money aspect.

✨ HighlightAn overhyped restaurant that is overpriced with average food, average service and average decor. You’d go once and never return. The chicken skins were small portion and shockingly cold when they arrived. I asked and they told me, it was cooked previously and served cold. So I sent it back. Cold chicken skin - unbelievable. The corn fritters were hot and freshly made but bland. Good portion but the chilli sauce was straight from a bottle. Not worth £8. The glass noodles (vermicelli) were nice but tiny portion with so little chicken. Not worth the £14 price. Half a pint of Singha was quite pricey. Toilet was shocking and seat was broken. Don’t believe the hype. Avoid
