This was a very personal treat as there are only a few seats and the food is cooked/plated directly in front of the customer. Much of it is grass fed, or wagyu, prepared in a way that suits it and shows off its character without pretentious fuss. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves beef. It truly feels like you are a guest in the chefs home. This was a highlite of my trip. I hope more people come to enjoy it→

✨ HighlightThe best meal I have had in Japan. Owner and his mother are people I will never forget. Food was phenomenal. I cannot believe this place doesn’t have 1, if not 2 Michelin stars. Variety of delicious courses, many of which include seasonal ingredients. Technique is top tier. I enjoyed the attention to detail in the dishes as well. Beautiful aesthetic all around The personalities were one of a kind and that made this meal truly special. Cannot recommend this place enough. I will literally fly back to Japan to eat here→
