I went here tonight and had a wonderful experience. The beef was fantastic and the simple yet delicious combinations made for food that was self evident in its quality. This was a very personal treat as there are only a few seats and the food is cooked/plated directly in front of the customer. Much of it is grass fed, or wagyu, prepared in a way that suits it and shows off its character without pretentious fuss. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves beef. It truly feels like you are a guest in the chefs home. This was a highlite of my trip. I hope more people come to enjoy it
Amazing food and experience the best Ive in Japan
This restaurant has a very nice ambience.Well recieved by the host both when making reservation and upon arrival. Once seated our server was good, but did not go out of his way to give exceptional service even though the restaurant was not busy. The ceasar salad was excellent as were the steaks.Plates lacked presentation. Does not come close to Gibbys for the same price point
Few years ago I received a points gift card from them to use anytime. The food was delicious and the service from Rom was really good. Though to my surprised when I presented the card I was told that they can only redeem up to 50$ . From there the director and his assistant were not only to NO help but disrespectful, insolant and insulting. Actually the director even pointed his finger in my face telling me that he came up with the idea and that he can redeem any amounts he wants and that he is the boss. To the point that he even followed me to the elevator trying to intimidate me. I was shocked having been there numerous time, the client experience went to 100% to 0 % in the last 5-10min. When I told them how disappointed I was and that I would share with my close surrounding, they raised their voice and took it as a threat instead of wanting or looking for a solution to please the clients. Big ZERO for customer service !!
