The Pudong Development Bank building, also known as Fazhan Yinhang, is a magnificent neoclassical structure located at 12 The Bund, one of Shanghai's most iconic waterfront addresses. Originally built in 1921 for the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), this building was once described as 'the most luxurious building east of Suez.'
