✨ HighlightA must in Paris for its atmosphere, evoking good old times. The service is really disappointing. By the pint of view of the waiters you need to spend over €100 in beverages, otherwise they’ll offer you a very low-quality service. Regarding the food, it was good but nothing special for which to say ‘the best’.→

Some dishes came with fresh white truffle which smelled divine. Staff was friendly and professional. The room and ambiance was first class- a very classic French experience. The wine was outstanding. The sommelier did a great job. All do this comes at a hefty cost- not unusual at this level but something to be aware of. We declined the offer of extra truffle-which would have added €110 pp to the bill. Two glasses of champagne were the same price as our (excellent) bottle of Chablis (the wine pairing option was a bit steep at €180). As is often the case, lunch is more reasonable. Our waitress was so friendly and took lots of time with us.We shared tiger shrimp in a delicious sauce with bone broth. My sweetheart had a beautiful filet with parsley puree, garlic and mushrooms. ✨ HighlightThe best vegetarian restaurant ever! As my husband is a member at the gym attached, he has always wanted to try this restaurant. The smells during the day that flow into the gym have been a huge factor & temptation. The spices and the flavors that stick to your palette are literally to die for. The use of spice is not overpowering. We enjoyed every bite and had the best service. The wine selection is quite extensive and the chocolate mousse was the most decadent we have ever experienced. The atmosphere is so relaxing especially at night.→

✨ HighlightThe cooking is perfect especially the searing of meat. Service is also excellent, always with a smile! Love the veal tongue, snails and both the veal cheek and Guinea fowl are delicious. However some other dishes or elements of the dishes are under-seasoned and the flavours cannot be fully released without sufficient salt (interior of some parts of the cheek) or sugar (the vanilla ice cream). I do love the chef’s techniques though and will revisit for dinner in the future.→
