PANORAMA360

PANORAMA360 is the highest observation deck in Europe, on the 89th floor of the Federation Tower in the Moscow City business district. From more than 320 metres up, floor-to-ceiling windows give dizzying, 360-degree views over the whole of Moscow, the skyscrapers of Moscow City around you, the Moskva River snaking below, and the distant historic centre with the Kremlin and cathedrals. On a clear day the panorama stretches for miles across the vast city.

A fun quirk: the deck is home to an ice-cream factory and a chocolate factory, and your ticket typically includes unlimited ice cream, a hit with families. It's the best high-altitude view in Moscow, especially memorable at sunset and after dark when the city lights up. Allow time to circle the full deck and take in every direction.

历史背景

The Federation Tower, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the Moscow City complex and in Europe, was completed in the 2010s. PANORAMA360 opened on its 89th floor as the continent's highest observation deck, adding its ice-cream and chocolate factories as a signature feature.
