Nagoya Castle is a historic Japanese castle originally built in the early 17th century. The main keep was reconstructed after World War II and now houses a museum with artifacts and exhibits on samurai culture. The Hommaru Palace, rebuilt in 2018, showcases exquisite paintings and gold-leafed interiors. Visitors can explore the castle grounds, climb to the top for city views, and see the famous golden shachihoko (mythical fish) roof ornaments that symbolize the castle's grandeur.
