St. John's Church is one of the oldest churches in Kolkata, built in 1787. Its simple yet elegant architecture houses a tranquil interior with marble plaques. The adjacent cemetery contains graves of notable British figures, including the first Governor-General of India, Warren Hastings. A peaceful retreat from the city's bustle.
