Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, also known as Zhengyang Walking Street, is Guilin's premier shopping and leisure destination. Stretching along Shanhu North Road, it borders the picturesque Shanhu Lake (Fir Lake), offering stunning views of the Sun and Moon Pagodas. The street is a lively mix of modern retail chains, traditional Chinese souvenir shops, and street food vendors selling local specialties like Guilin rice noodles and stuffed liangpi. By day, it's a relaxed place for a stroll; by night, it transforms with neon lights and bustling crowds. The area is also home to cultural performances and occasional art exhibitions.
