✨ HighlightHad high expectations for that place, and they all met. This is not your typical tourist restaurant - they have given so much though to the menu and the training of the staff. Everyone is doing its part and the place runs perfectly. Our waiter Nicoletta was very kind, fast, and efficient. She gave a note of joy in our evening. Might be the quickest service we ever had. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous. The building, the furniture, the decorations. Very happy we got to eat here. Be careful and book a table at least 1 week on advance.→

✨ HighlightWe found Trattoria Mezzaluna a welcoming eatery. We hadn't booked and a table was found quickly. Not being overly hungry, we shared a prosciutto and mushroom pizza and a vegetable pizza. It was satisfying and very tasty. It was finished off with a lemon meringue pie, recommended. There is a great selection of food on the menu, both first and seconds. The waiter was amiable and friendly, which made our last evening in Bucharest an enjoyable night out. I would recommend this restaurant. Tables were large and comfortable.→

✨ HighlightThis was probably one of the places we loved to be at, the most. The restaurant is so private and quiet and cozy. The decoration is wonderful, made in good taste. I cannot begin to tell you how great the service was, such great people that when the restaurant closed, we stayed a little longer at the bar talking to them and laughing. And by "a little longer" i mean 2 hours. That's how much we enjoyed everything. This restaurant is located in the hotel Epoque, wich makes it even better because it's far from the noise and the chaos even if it's located downtown. The wine list it's impressive, they have wines for all taste and preference, from decent to expensive.I have a weakness for the whole process of choosing the wine, so i appreciated very much when the waiter took us to the other room where they had all the bottles beautifully arranged in refrigerators. The food was good, we chose the tasting menu, some dishes were better than others but i think it can be improved. The presentation was also very detailed and the waiter told us the story of every dish.Overall we enjoyed ithe dinner. We will definetely come back, especially for the vibe of this place wich is like an oasis of peace in the chaos of the city.Next time we want to try a la carte menu. We recommend this place 100% and if anybody reads this, we would like to thank them for the beautiful experience that we had.→

✨ HighlightFirst of all, i arrived by myself on a quiet hour for dinner and had one of the best welcomes at a restaurant. The gentleman working there was excellent. Then because the traditional menu had no translation, I asked for a recommendation and was not even let to finish the sentence. In less than 10 minutes a juicy lettuce salad and an equally juicy plate of veal filets with gravy and oven potatoes was on the table. Needless to say how tasty it was. Also, I never thought that a Beck's beer would ever taste so good. Maybe that was because of the round ceramic jug that also kept it cool. Anyway there had to be a desert and that was also gracefully recommended. It was two pieces of an apple pie and a pear pie if I'm not mistaken, equally light and fresh that went so well with the last sips of the beer. There was no need for coffee. From the decoration of the restaurant you can understand that you are into one of those magical places, you understand this as soon as you get there. It is a classic place, remains totally present outside of time. But it also challenges your mind, makes it contemplate about history, and takes the imagination far.→
