The Freedom Tower, located at 600 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami, is a historic building that originally housed the Miami News & Metropolis newspaper. It gained fame in the 1960s as the Cuban Refugee Center, processing thousands of Cubans fleeing the Castro regime. Today, the tower is a National Historic Landmark and houses the Cuban American Museum, which preserves the history and contributions of Cuban exiles. Visitors can admire its Spanish Baroque Revival architecture, climb the observation deck for panoramic views, and explore exhibits on Cuban heritage.
