✨ HighlightWe ordered raw shrimp and spring rolls. The raw shrimp is served with vermicelli, herbs, and spices, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. I usually don’t enjoy raw shrimp, but the combination of spiciness and sourness made it the perfect starter for our meal. The spring rolls were also unique compared to the typical ones, with a higher proportion of meat to herbs, giving them a heartier flavor. For our main course, we had the oyster hotpot, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the herbs paired perfectly with the oysters, enhancing the overall experience. The service was excellent as well. The staff were attentive and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked, making the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
