✨ HighlightMy recent visit to the Friday evening brunch at BA, Fairmont was a mixed experience. The food was undeniably excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The atmosphere, while a bit dark, was still pleasant and added a certain charm to the evening. However, the night was overshadowed by the excessively loud music. It was nearly impossible to hold a conversation with the person next to me, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. Despite multiple requests to lower the volume, the DJ seemed determined to do the opposite, particularly with the bass, which was overwhelming to the point where even the speakers struggled to keep up. For the price we paid, the experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last time attending the brunch at BA, Fairmont.→

✨ HighlightIt's been a little while, since i visited, but wanted to share my experience after all. On my first visit to this restaurant, I was truly impressed by the food. Opting for the vegetarian menu, I found the flavors to be masterfully crafted, with each dish offering a refined balance of taste. The dim sum, in particular, was a standout—visually striking and varied, with vibrant, nuanced flavors that matched its appearance. Also the main dish brought about excitment, with well balanced flavors and great combinations. The cocktails and non-alcoholic fruit drinks were equally delightful, showcasing a commitment to quality. However, the service was a major letdown. The staff displayed a level of indifference that bordered on rude, which detracted from the overall experience. Hospitality should match the quality of the cuisine, but it fell shockingly short. Returning for a second visit with guests, I was disappointed to find that the food didn’t live up to my initial experience. The dishes lacked the finesse I had enjoyed before, with flavors that felt flat. Consistency is paramount, and unfortunately, it was nowhere to be found this time around. What started as a promising experience ended in disappointment. Overall it's tough to give a proper rating, but considering all I will give it a low 4 Stars - almost soley based on the food of my first visit.→
