It's been a little while, since i visited, but wanted to share my experience after all. On my first visit to this restaurant, I was truly impressed by the food. Opting for the vegetarian menu, I found the flavors to be masterfully crafted, with each dish offering a refined balance of taste. The dim sum, in particular, was a standout—visually striking and varied, with vibrant, nuanced flavors that matched its appearance. Also the main dish brought about excitment, with well balanced flavors and great combinations. The cocktails and non-alcoholic fruit drinks were equally delightful, showcasing a commitment to quality. However, the service was a major letdown. The staff displayed a level of indifference that bordered on rude, which detracted from the overall experience. Hospitality should match the quality of the cuisine, but it fell shockingly short. Returning for a second visit with guests, I was disappointed to find that the food didn’t live up to my initial experience. The dishes lacked the finesse I had enjoyed before, with flavors that felt flat. Consistency is paramount, and unfortunately, it was nowhere to be found this time around. What started as a promising experience ended in disappointment. Overall it's tough to give a proper rating, but considering all I will give it a low 4 Stars - almost soley based on the food of my first visit.

Hakkasan Hanway in London is a stunning blend of vibrant ambiance and refined dining. The food is consistently exquisite, with flavors that impress. The bar offers expertly crafted cocktails, adding a luxurious touch, while the DJ sets the perfect mood, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. A must-visit for any London outing.

Hakkasan is one of our favorite place in Dubaï. The food is excellent. Nevertheless, in that kind of restaurant, service, ambience, and guests profile make the full client experience Mohamed Raafat our waiter was very professional Nevertheless, we have to regret the assistant manager on duty wasn’t at the level of expectation as she didn’t address the fact that clients with kids next to us let them put their feet on the sofa and switch on the tablet screen, letting us benefit from the noise of it. It’s not to us explaining how to properly do your job. We can understand as you said you remain flexible accepting table with kids because you are located at Atlantis but then put those kind of clients in a special room as restaurants used to be before for smoking people. We don’t come in one Michelin macaron for being suggested in the middle of our meal to change table if we are bothered. Wrong answer ! Not sure we will come back…

This restaurant has a very cool, young vibe. The staff are lovely, bar area is beautiful, drinks even better! The pink mojito’s especially! 🍸 I will admit, the restaurant is very very dark, and some of the dishes over priced. But most of them beautifully presented, and delicious! The crispy duck salad is a MUST, the sweet and sour chicken was the best I’ve ever had, and the spicy beef was beautiful. Can’t wait to go back! (Even if I do need to pack a torch)
