✨ HighlightEXPECTED MORE 😕 We were around this area and saw that this place is open so we gave it a go. Prior to this, we just had Met Vietnamese Restaurant & Vegetarian so our expectations are pretty high. Despite having only 1 table before us, the food was very slow. Everything was decent but not a “wow, I’m really glad we came here”. If there’s 1 dish I can recommend, it would be the Beef Pho.→

✨ HighlightJust had the most disappointing experience at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill. 😔 1. The food was terrible—overpowering smell on the foie gras and the risotto was inedible. We couldn’t finish a single dish. 2. The service was a disaster. Our server was inattentive, unfriendly, and unprofessional. 3. To make things worse, the server tried to snatch my friend’s phone to force a 5-star review and take photos of our dishes. Absolutely disrespectful! 4. The head chef asked for feedback but didn’t seem to care about our concerns at all. 5. Overall, the food and service didn’t come close to meeting Michelin standards. Very disappointing for a place with such a reputation. I’ve been to many 5-star restaurants, but this was by far the worst experience. He took great care of us, and offered some advices for our itinerary, which I really appreciated! ✨ HighlightIt was a shop with a very nice atmosphere. Antique furniture and roses are decorated everywhere. The handicrafts on the menu were so nice that I looked around the general store the next day, but I couldn't find anything of the same quality. The food is Vietnamese-style French. The spices aren't too strong either. It's not that the food is so delicious, but the service is good, and it's a restaurant where you can enjoy a leisurely meal.→

✨ HighlightWe had a wonderful evening at chapter on Christmas Eve. We had the earth call menu, which was delicious. The restaurant accommodated the request for a gluten-free menu for one person. Unfortunately, not all of the components of some courses could be eaten, but it was still a very good dinner experience. The alcoholic drinks went very well with the dishes and the service was very attentive. We definitely recommend the restaurant for a nice evening.→
