Necklace Road is a picturesque boulevard encircling the northern shore of Hussain Sagar Lake in Hyderabad. Named for its necklace-like shape when lit at night, the road offers a serene escape from the city's hustle. Un po' di storia

Necklace Road was developed in the 1990s as part of the Hussain Sagar Lake beautification project. The road's name comes from its curved alignment and the necklace-like glow of its lights at night. The lake itself was built in 1562 by Ibrahim Quli Qutb Shah.
