✨ HighlightThis restaurant is beautiful! I was initially worried it might be a bit of a tourist trap given its location and ambience, but we were pleasantly surprised. It’s essential to book a table as it gets very busy. The bottles displayed on the walls create such a cool vibe, and we loved the overall feel of the place. The food was reasonably priced and of good quality. We tried the crab tagliatelle, focaccia, and lemon meringue pie—which was huge. The portion sizes were fair, and the service was good as well. However, there were a few downsides. Despite having card machines, we were required to pay at the table using a QR code, which came with an unexpected £1.50 fee. Additionally, a service charge was already included, but we were still prompted to tip, which felt excessive. The atmosphere was quite loud, and the tables were placed very close together, making it feel cramped. Lastly, we were disappointed that the cabbage dish we wanted wasn’t available. Overall, a nice experience with a few drawbacks.

✨ HighlightThe food at OMA was heavenly; every bite was incredible. The breads and dips were my favourites. The highlight was the bagel-shaped bread, which was so tasty—crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. With the dips, they were also delicious, like nothing I’ve ever had before. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, leaving me wanting more. Apart from the food, the staff really made it special. They were friendly, attentive, and knew their stuff, making sure we had everything we needed without being too in-your-face. Their love for the restaurant and its food was obvious in every chat. The vibe of the place was just right, perfect for a memorable meal. If you’re after a spot where great food and top-notch service come together, this restaurant is a must-see. I’m already looking forward to going back!

✨ HighlightThe viral Crisp pizza - worth the hype or overrated? This will hardly be the location for a spontaneous dinner out: you must book your spots in advance because they have limited pizza bases each night. They reserve some for walk-ins, but if you’re going on a sunny evening or weekday, you’d want to head there before 4pm because it’s first come first served and there can be a long queue. We booked but it doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed a table, just the pizza. It’s a small pub, so you may be waiting for a table or people often perch on the pavement. Takes about 30-50 minutes for the pizza to come out, depending on if you arrive peak time. But it was worth the wait! Pizza was SO crisp and fresh, they allow flexibility with toppings. No vegan cheese but I got a marinara with added mushrooms and hot honey and I licked the plate clean - means a lot from me, I’m normally a pasta gal. Their hot garlic dip isn’t vegan but my friends were obsessed. Service super friendly but only one server on a busy night. Oh and it’s by the Hammersmith riverside so can walk the pizza off with a lovely evening river breeze after! 10/10 worth the hype.
