Chaoyang Park

Chaoyang Park is a sprawling urban oasis in the Chaoyang District of Beijing, covering over 288 hectares. Un peu d'histoire

Chaoyang Park opened in 1984 and was expanded in the 1990s. It was built on former farmland and wetlands, and its design incorporates traditional Chinese landscaping principles. The park has hosted major events like the 2008 Olympic beach volleyball venue (temporary).
