The bread's thick consistency takes the focus from the cheese, rather than complementing it. It's like you're eating bread AND cheese, rather than a sandwich. I also tried a puff pastrie bun with rosemary and marine salt. It is pretty nice, but it won't evoke nostalgia. If you happen to be nearby, do make a visit, but don't go out of your way to come here.→
