Rani Sipri's Mosque

Rani Sipri's Mosque, also known as Masjid-e-Nagina, is a gem of Indo-Islamic architecture located near Astodia Gate in Ahmedabad. Built in 1505 by Rani Sipri, the wife of Sultan Mahmud Begada, the mosque is renowned for its delicate stone lattice work and intricate carvings. The structure is relatively small but exquisitely proportioned, with two minarets and a prayer hall adorned with elegant jali (perforated stone screens) and floral motifs.
