I greatly appreciate the emphasis placed on honoring authentic ingredients and enhancing their natural flavors without excessive modifications. Each dish is fresh, thoughtfully balanced, and beautifully presented. The chefs were exceptionally attentive to my allergy concerns, and the staff provided service with great kindness and professionalism. The restaurant’s ambiance is a perfect reflection of their dedication to both elegance and simplicity. Regarding the menu structure, my only suggestion would be to consider replacing one of the vegetable courses with an additional protein option, as the use of fire in cooking truly complements their preparation of proteins (for those who prefer this option).
