I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Prudencia. I greatly appreciate the emphasis placed on honoring authentic ingredients and enhancing their natural flavors without excessive modifications. Each dish is fresh, thoughtfully balanced, and beautifully presented. The chefs were exceptionally attentive to my allergy concerns, and the staff provided service with great kindness and professionalism. The restaurant’s ambiance is a perfect reflection of their dedication to both elegance and simplicity. Regarding the menu structure, my only suggestion would be to consider replacing one of the vegetable courses with an additional protein option, as the use of fire in cooking truly complements their preparation of proteins (for those who prefer this option). Other than that, the experience was, as always, delightful. Thank you, Mario and Meghan, for hosting us.
Beautiful ambiance—thoughtfully designed with a perfect balance of coziness and elegance. It creates a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. What truly stood out, however, was the unpretentiousness and openness of the owner. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely passionate about their craft and so open to feedback. During my visit, I had a chance to share a few comments in real-time, and the owner was nothing but gracious. Instead of reacting defensively like you might expect from many chefs or business owners, he was kind, attentive, and appreciative of the feedback. It was clear that he’s not just focused on serving great food, but on continually improving and creating an experience that guests will remember. That kind of attitude speaks volumes about the heart and soul behind this business. I hope to visit again in the future and I will surely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. If you’re looking for a place that combines incredible dining with a fantastic vibe, this is the spot.

It was a suprise, positive I mean. Extensive full degustation menu. I will not tell more but one should test it. The place is also very nice and suprising. Staff great. I came without a reservation and had a nice place for a solo guest facing the kitchen. All posivite. Ok, lets say it was expensive for a restaurant in Bogota but worth it at least once. Thanks for the lunch.
