Prior to this, we just had Met Vietnamese Restaurant & Vegetarian so our expectations are pretty high. Despite having only 1 table before us, the food was very slow. Everything was decent but not a “wow, I’m really glad we came here”. If there’s 1 dish I can recommend, it would be the Beef Pho.→

We couldn’t finish a single dish. 2. The service was a disaster. Our server was inattentive, unfriendly, and unprofessional. 3. To make things worse, the server tried to snatch my friend’s phone to force a 5-star review and take photos of our dishes. Absolutely disrespectful! 4. The head chef asked for feedback but didn’t seem to care about our concerns at all. 5. Overall, the food and service didn’t come close to meeting Michelin standards. Very disappointing for a place with such a reputation. I’ve been to many 5-star restaurants, but this was by far the worst experience. Granted it’s a Michelin Recommended and not a Michelin Star or even Bib Gourmand, it’s still a treat. The place is huge but still packed to the brim. Got lots of stations serving Vietnamese food. Even though our was a set dinner, we were quite happy with the food they served. Do come and try for yourself but reservations in advance is definitely necessary especially during weekends.→
