Carrbridge Packhorse Bridge is a historic stone bridge dating from 1717, crossing the River Dulnain. It was built to allow packhorses to carry supplies over the river, and its high arch and narrow width are characteristic of the period. Visitors can walk to the bridge via a short path from the village, see the weathered stonework, and imagine the drovers and their horses crossing centuries ago. The bridge is a scheduled ancient monument and sits in a peaceful wooded setting, making it a quiet spot for photography and reflection.
