The Walk of Health is a 36-kilometer-long pedestrian path that winds along the foothills of the Kopet Dag Mountains, overlooking the city of Ashgabat. Designed as a health and recreation area, it features paved walkways, staircases, and rest stops with shaded benches. The route is lined with trees and offers stunning vistas of the cityscape and surrounding mountains, especially at sunset. Locals and visitors alike use the path for exercise, leisurely strolls, or simply to enjoy the fresh air. The walk is well-maintained and illuminated at night, making it accessible at any hour.
