The Spice Bazaar, also known as the Egyptian Bazaar, has been a center for exotic spices and delicacies since the 1660s. Located in the Eminönü district, its vaulted L-shaped corridor is lined with stalls piled high with saffron, sumac, dried peppers, and lokum (Turkish delight).
