The Laune Viaduct is a historic railway bridge spanning the River Laune near Killorglin. Built in the 1880s as part of the Great Southern and Western Railway, the viaduct features multiple stone arches and a distinctive ironwork structure. Today, it carries the Kerry Greenway, a popular walking and cycling route that follows the old railway line. Visitors can cross the viaduct on foot or by bike, enjoying panoramic views of the river and surrounding countryside. The structure itself is an impressive example of Victorian engineering, and its repurposing as a recreational trail makes it a vibrant part of the local community.
