The experience was truly one-of-a-kind, starting with its unique location inside a working lumber yard and the charming 90s diner vibe, complete with slanted floors. The food exceeded our expectations—fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, and coffee that captured the classic diner feel. The customer service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, kept our coffee cups full, and even came out to wish a customer a happy birthday as they were leaving. ✨ HighlightNice atmosphere and interior But the food was very disappointing. From appetizer to dessert only thing that we liked was chili oil. The eggplant was overcooked. It was not juicy at all. Tasted a little bitter(burn). The fried rice tasted like ketchup. The chicken wing was soggy, not crispy at all, and wasn't served hot. Dessert was not really balanced and it was dry. Use to be a really good restaurent. That's why I was very excited to visit this time. I don't think I will go back🥲 Btw service was really good.→

Also enjoyed the discount for early bird specials. Great dim sum indeed but a little pricy for the selection. Food quality at a premium indeed. Very quick service and fast pace wait staff. A lot of raving fans supporting this establishment. Maintain the gold standard and stay competitive is the key. My rating as 5 is very satisfied Taste 5/5 porridge is top notch Food temperature 5/5 Attentive and courteous 5/5 quick and efficient servers Cleanliness 5/5 Will I return? ✨ HighlightWe made a stop here before heading to Victoria and this place is incredible! 🥘FOOD🥘: 8/10 We ordered 20 + dim sums and they are all delicious! Quality: My favorite gonna be the rice rolls with Chinese donuts, and Shu Mai! The size of the Shu Mai were triple the size of the Shu Mai in Seatle. The other dim sums were spectacular as well, like the chives cake, spring rolls and the cheong fun are all delicious! Appearance: All food look excellent, I love the way the present the food, it makes them look very appealing and take a look at the picture of the osmanthus cake, that is gorgeous! Portion size: Great and generous portions, Couldn't have asked for a bigger portion! We were so full afterall. Price: the 7 of us paid $200 in total and it was so worth it, rounding up to about $22 USD per person! And mind you we went during peak hours like around 11AM! Environment: Very bright locations with many windows and enough lighting! I also love their design, very modern and classic. The environment is also very clean too! Location: Great location with many of parkings, well we actually parked at the wrong parking lot and have to walk to Aberdeen mall. But it was really close. Haha I was stupid that I didn't know fisherman terrace is on the 3rd floor and I have to ask a staff in the bakery on the 1st floor!→

✨ HighlightCame here for dim sum and ordered a variety of dumplings, pan fried turnip cakes, this century egg pastry dish, shrimp/beef rice rolls, pan fried noodles, pea tips, tripe, and sticky rice. Loved how each dish came out hot, and I thought most of the dishes were solid. The wrapping for the steamed shrimp dumpling were falling apart, but they were still tasty. The turnip cake was cut into small cubes, which was different than what in used to, but it was crispy and surprisingly tasty. The pan fried noodles were not the best I’ve ever had. It was missing some flavor, and the pepper was too overpowering. The century egg pastry was probs my least favorite. Notes: They accept credit card here.
