✨ HighlightEverything was excellent except for the prices. You’re paying a lot for the location and the amazing view of the water. Service was excellent! Very friendly service, server was very welcoming. Food was great!! All of the appetizers were very nicely done and presented well. Fish was fresh. Hot dishes came out piping hot. Would definitely return as we did. And would recommend.→

✨ HighlightMy first Michelin omakase experience began at Sushi Jin. The hostess kindly assisted us in savoring the flavors properly, and the chef thoroughly explained the origins and details of the ingredients, allowing us to comfortably enjoy the food. The seasoning of the dishes was neither lacking nor excessive, making it perfect for tasting the flavors of the fish. Each menu item had a special taste, but the top-grade uni had an unprecedented texture and sweetness, and the bluefin tuna melted in the mouth like butter. I was grateful for the chance to taste even the homemade ginger pickles, which were made with great care. It’s a pity that I can only give it five stars. From Waterloo→

✨ HighlightA hidden gem in Vancouver for sure. I enjoyed the fish very much as they were all very fresh. I liked the toro dishes especially because the fattiness was perfect— they just melted in my mouth. The starter was a bit on the saltier side but the nigiris were a bit flavourless… I liked the aged eel as well; it is pretty unique for omakase. The white coffee cake was light and not too sweet. The service was amazing (server refilled ginger and pickled apple).→

✨ HighlightVery nice interior and atmosphere. Guacamole appetizer was good. Molcajete presentation was very nice but the meat was not edible, maybe the toughest meat I have ever had. Told the waiter but did nothing?? No credit or even complimentary dessert. Very disappointing. Enchilada's were very good and the Flan dessert was exceptional. After dinner the plates were left on the table for over 20min. Would try again but service needs to be better and at least do something, when there is a legitimate issue.→

✨ HighlightI came for their Happy Hour menu which I thought was the most affordable. I tried almost all their items. Their chicken wings are a showstopper...definitely a must have. I liked their chicken burger but not the side salad. Ambience was comfortable and staff were attentive. Will definitely go back again if I'm ever in the area.→

✨ Highlight5/1/2024 4:30pm to 6:30 pm (for wedding anniversary) Great food and great service!!! If you plan to dine in for a special event, this is the best place!!! We loved our 2 servers… (these 2 ladies I forgot their names) they informed us details of each food they were serving, and they are very attentive to our needs. They are humble, kind, friendly, approachable. Top class service was provided to us even though me and my husband were dressed simple. It means, they treat everyone the same and not based on your status. And that’s how restaurant servers should be. And that’s what people will love the best, the excellent service! My husband and I left with smile on our faces… this restaurant is on the top 1 of my list of best restaurants. Thank you all so much! Please continue to give great experience for everyone ❤️ Edited: Add: I forgot to write a review about the food… I would say, nothing can go wrong to any food that will be ordered here… The Blvd Kitchen and Oyster Bar is a Michelin guide recommended restaurant All the food we ordered here are really great… We also ordered food for take out on another day.→

✨ HighlightDecember 2024 Great job giving parking credit to your dining customers. They accommodated us without reservation since we arrived before the peak hours. Also enjoyed the discount for early bird specials. Great dim sum indeed but a little pricy for the selection. Food quality at a premium indeed. Very quick service and fast pace wait staff. A lot of raving fans supporting this establishment. Maintain the gold standard and stay competitive is the key. My rating as 5 is very satisfied Taste 5/5 porridge is top notch Food temperature 5/5 Attentive and courteous 5/5 quick and efficient servers Cleanliness 5/5 Will I return? Not sure for a tourist since so many dim sum choices. However, good idea to taste and see what high quality looks like. Will I recommend? Great to try out to compare with others.→

✨ HighlightI was really surprised by this place, although I had an incident because the bartender made a mistake when she served me a drink and then I didn't see her anymore, so I wanted to return the drink, pay and leave, but the person in charge of the place, who was in charge of everything, cleverly approached me and offered me a free drink for the bad moment, I seriously give them 5 stars for the way they handled the incident. Apart from that, the food was very tasty and the drink was spectacular. I recomended it.→

✨ HighlightWe made a stop here before heading to Victoria and this place is incredible! 🥘FOOD🥘: 8/10 We ordered 20 + dim sums and they are all delicious! Quality: My favorite gonna be the rice rolls with Chinese donuts, and Shu Mai! The size of the Shu Mai were triple the size of the Shu Mai in Seatle. The other dim sums were spectacular as well, like the chives cake, spring rolls and the cheong fun are all delicious! Appearance: All food look excellent, I love the way the present the food, it makes them look very appealing and take a look at the picture of the osmanthus cake, that is gorgeous! Portion size: Great and generous portions, Couldn't have asked for a bigger portion! We were so full afterall. Price: the 7 of us paid $200 in total and it was so worth it, rounding up to about $22 USD per person! Definitely a great deal! 🧑🏻 Service🧑🏻: 8/10 Friendliness: shout out to Cindy, she is amazing and she has been so kind and nice to us. I love how she was very attentive and changed my plate filled with tea before I noticed that! Timeliness: we didn't wait too long for the food to get here so in general the dim sum came super fast, maybe within 8mins after we placed the order! And mind you we went during peak hours like around 11AM! Environment: Very bright locations with many windows and enough lighting! I also love their design, very modern and classic. The environment is also very clean too! Location: Great location with many of parkings, well we actually parked at the wrong parking lot and have to walk to Aberdeen mall. But it was really close. Haha I was stupid that I didn't know fisherman terrace is on the 3rd floor and I have to ask a staff in the bakery on the 1st floor!→

✨ HighlightCame here for dim sum and ordered a variety of dumplings, pan fried turnip cakes, this century egg pastry dish, shrimp/beef rice rolls, pan fried noodles, pea tips, tripe, and sticky rice. Loved how each dish came out hot, and I thought most of the dishes were solid. The wrapping for the steamed shrimp dumpling were falling apart, but they were still tasty. The turnip cake was cut into small cubes, which was different than what in used to, but it was crispy and surprisingly tasty. The pan fried noodles were not the best I’ve ever had. It was missing some flavor, and the pepper was too overpowering. The century egg pastry was probs my least favorite. Notes: They accept credit card here. They also have a free parking garage, but spots are tight→
