The Britannia Mines Concentrator is a massive seven-story structure clinging to the mountainside, where copper ore was crushed and concentrated from 1923 to 1974. Now a designated National Historic Site, it is the centerpiece of the Britannia Mine Museum. Visitors can view its exterior from the museum grounds and learn about the milling process through interpretive displays. The concentrator's sheer scale and industrial architecture are awe-inspiring.
