Thế Miếu, also known as the Temple of the Nguyen Emperors, is a solemn shrine within the Imperial City of Hue dedicated to the worship of past Nguyễn emperors. Constructed in the early 19th century, the temple complex includes a grand main hall with nine altars, each representing a different emperor. The architecture is a fine example of Nguyen dynasty style, with ornate roofs, carved stone dragons, and vibrant ceramic decorations. Visitors can walk through the serene courtyards and reflect on the imperial legacy, making it a must-see for history enthusiasts.
