Wulihe Stadium was a large multi-purpose stadium in Shenyang, China, built in 1989 and demolished in 2007. It held up to 65,000 people and was used mainly for football matches. The stadium is best known as the site where the Chinese national team qualified for the 2002 FIFA World Cup for the first and only time in history.

The stadium opened in August 1989 with a match between Santos and Liaoning, which Santos won 1–0. It was the home ground of the Shenyang Ginde football team. On 12 February 2007, after 18 years of use, it was demolished to make way for a shopping mall. A new stadium, the Shenyang Olympic Sports Center Stadium, was built in 2007 to host football matches for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
