Hacı Bayram Mosque is a revered religious site that seamlessly merges Ottoman and Roman history. Built in the early 1400s, the mosque is named after the Sufi saint Hacı Bayram-ı Veli and remains an active place of worship. Its unique location right next to the Temple of Augustus allows visitors to experience two millennia of history side by side. The mosque's simple yet elegant interior features traditional Ottoman calligraphy and a peaceful atmosphere, while the adjacent temple ruins add a layer of ancient grandeur.
