The Parthasarathy Temple, dating back to the 8th century CE, is a revered Vaishnavite shrine in the Triplicane neighborhood. It is unique for its five avatars of Vishnu, including Krishna as Parthasarathy (Arjuna’s charioteer). The temple’s Dravidian architecture features a towering gopuram adorned with colorful stucco figures.
