✨ HighlightQuite a lovely experience this week at 38. We ended up doing a decent selection off their individual menu in order to meet our pescatarian dining requirements. Fine dining at its best in Tallinn. I would say by far the best food we had of the trip. Very thankful for our friends recommending 38. Art is lovely as well - was fun eating under Tommy Cash mural on the wall.→

We went for all three courses: from excellent oysters as a starter to beautifully crafted desserts. The fresh salad, made with tomato, cucumber, and radish with sour cream, was a bit bland. The dumplings were acceptable but lacked sufficient salt. The chicken wings tasted good, though they were also a bit dry, and the accompanying sauce could have been thicker. The house lemonade was overly sweet, and while the mojito tasted okay, it lacked a noticeable alcohol presence.Overall, the food had its highs and lows, but the service could use improvement.→
