✨ HighlightGreat location nearby the lake and next to a luxury shopping mall. The hotel rooms and facility are new and nice. Generally the service is okay. Staff are polite but lack of enthusiasm (comparing to other Shangri-La hotels in other countries) Breakfast place is bit crowded and chaotic. Can you imagine a table with food right at the entrance? They basically do not have space to arrange everything nicely. The Chinese restaurant Midtown is a bit disappointing. Every hot dish was served cold! Tastes were not to the standard either. Waitresses apparently did not like their job.→
