✨ HighlightThis was my sixth time at Byblos, and I’m happy to say the food continues to impress. The flavors are always spot-on, with standout dishes like the hummus, Brussels sprouts, Turkish dumplings, and branzino. Each of these is fresh, flavorful, and my go-to favorites. The jasmine rice didn’t quite hit the mark for me—it felt a bit heavy and sweet, but I will say it was still fresh. The drinks, while tasty, didn’t feel particularly special. We visited for our anniversary, and the highlight of the evening was the chocolate olive oil cake—absolutely delicious. While portions are on the smaller side, this actually allows you to sample a variety of dishes, which I enjoy. All in all, another wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!→
