Originally built during the Ming Dynasty, the current structure is a reconstruction, featuring traditional Chinese architecture with upturned eaves and red pillars. Inside, visitors can see historical inscriptions and exhibits about the pavilion's history. The surrounding park is a peaceful retreat with gardens, walking paths, and statues.
