✨ HighlightI recently had the pleasure of dining at Man Ho, a Michelin-starred restaurant known for its exquisite Chinese cuisine. The ambiance was elegant and serene, perfect for a special occasion. The private room allowed us to enjoy our meal without distractions, making it a truly intimate experience. We indulged in a variety of dishes, including fish maw, crab rice, abalone, and sea cucumber. Each dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were certainly enjoyable; however, I wouldn't say they reached the pinnacle of excellence I expected from a Michelin-starred establishment. While the crab rice was particularly satisfying, the overall meal felt slightly lacking in the wow factor.→
