✨ HighlightThis is my 2nd visit back to Shangrila Pudong and I was really looking forward to it. But unfortunately the experience was not as what I expected. So firstly the check in staff cannot speak proper English. So she could not understand that I have 2 bookings for 3 rooms. The check in time took 40 minutes…..and ultimately the check in process needs 3 staffs to do the task.. One day later, the manager called to apologize which I think is a nice gesture. The breakfast buffet has wide spread and also zillion people. If you go there after 8 am, you may need to queue. Bed is nice. Room is decent. Note : if you book the room with ‘river view’, this means river view building and NOT river view room.→

✨ HighlightNice restaurant at an upscale location. We celebrated my husband’s birthday dinner here with a large group and the food and service was very good. As we arrived, our table was ready immediately with a direct view to the Shanghai Tower which made the occasion even more spectacular! At the end, they brought a cake with candles and we all sang the Chinese HBD version making it a fun moment. A very enjoyable night and would definitely recommend.→
